Our goal is to ensure that our system is working as accurately as possible and offer you the best experience.


There are many things that could cause inaccurate tracks so lets cancel out some of the most common reasons so we can get to the bottom of whats causing these inaccurate tracks.


  1. Mounting - Please ensure the tracker has been mounted firmly as high up in the dashboard as possible.

  2. Direction - Please make sure sure the tracker is mounted flat on a solid surface and the sticker on the tracker is facing up toward the sky .

  3. Connection - Please check the connection on the GPS tracker and its wiring harness, check to see if there is a loose connection of maybe one of the wires has disconnected.
